About neewollah the neewollah festival (halloween spelled backwards) began in 1919 in an effort to provide positive activities for kids of all ages in place of typical halloween pranks. Truman library and museum, this year’s spooktacular event is set for saturday, october 26th, 2024, with the festivities kicking off at 10 a.m.
